S14 E16 - Switching to Capsules from Powder for a few weeks... An Unintentional Experiment

Today, I talk about the past few weeks and how using primarily capsules has been an unintentional experiment for me. Usually, I use just powder and toss n wash. But given that capsules are easy to use on the go, I found myself with primarily capsules these past few weeks. Now I am realizing the difference in my experiences day to day and I am thinking about what I do and don’t like about this change.
