The Delphi Murders: Andrew Baldwin and the Defense of Caden Smith

In October 2021, Michael James, Abdulla Mubarah and Joseph Thomas were discovered murdered on the south side of Indianapolis. A teenager named Caden Smith was charged with the crime.

In 2022, an attorney familiar to anyone following the Delphi murders — Andrew Baldwin — joined Smith's defense team. We'll talk about what a surprising ruling in the Smith case could possibly mean for the Delphi case.
