As part of Balazs W Kardos' Diamond Life flashback series, we open season two of the Diamond Life Mentor podcast, rewinding to the New Year 2021.

Let's take a step back towards the time we write our New Year's resolutions, but this time instead of just thinking about becoming someone better, let's focus more on how to make this change possible and consistent.

For instance, each year is like a puzzle with many pieces, and each piece is a step toward our goal. When we focus on putting it in place, it starts forming naturally. This approach removes the pressure of chasing the result (goal) which we cannot control and concentrating on the journey (process) within our control.

In this episode, Balazs, in his upcoming nine years in the network marketing business, wants us to celebrate the New Year with clarity and motivation by having a clear vision of where we are now and where we want to go in the business using the Diamond Life Accelerator approach.

As we write in detail every single thing that consists of our life today and replace them with what we want to change, it becomes a template of our game plan every time we stumble. That way, we solidify our identity, don't lose motivation, and skyrocket our business while we raise the bar for ourselves.
