Jeffrey Toobin and Rudy Giuliani both got caught with their hands down their pants. They're not running for office, but if they were- vote against them. The world already voted against Chris Pratt, so don't worry about him. Stef tells us all about Chandra Levy, who definitely voted for Gary Condit.
