055 | Tim Rossi, Lostboys Track Club

He went to law school and decided he wanted to run instead of reading law papers all the time. Tim Rossi is a New Yorker at heart and the founder of the Lostboys Track Club. Tim (and the club itself) is a great vibe, and we got to chat with him about his early days at Emory School of Medicine, the NYC running scene, and throwing up the 'L' at races (30:11). We also debate the 5K vs. the marathon with him.
