GETTING INTO THE POWER OF CONNECTION

Sometimes all you need is community and connection. Life is difficult to navigate alone, knowing you can ask for help or guidance can be a huge weight lifted off one's shoulders.

As one professor demonstrated, which Katrina discovered via a TikTok video, if you simply say the thing you need assistance with, the likelihood is that your community can fulfill the need.

Don't be nervous or scared to just put it out there, something which seems difficult for you just may be your neighbors specialty.
