We discussed burnout and how there are only two types of people in the world right now, those who are burnt out and those who acknowledge they are burnt out. Greg gives us tools on how to spot burnout and teaches us that past a certain point, working harder leads to negative results...it’s not worth the burnout. We learned that through journaling, making our chores fun and giving them purpose, being more present and CHOOSING to take the lighter vs the heaver path we can all start to live a more effortless life. Greg teaches us that instead of saying “how can I work harder to get better results?” say “how can I achieve better results by making it more effortless?” We also discuss the power of having the ‘courage to be rubbish’ or not being held down by perfectionism, which is crucial to living more effortlessly.
