Welcome to the inaugural edition of potluck Saturday, your random Saturday Better Together. On this episode, we review this week’s Patreon Heal Event and dissect some of the teachings, therapy, and healing offered to members of our Heal Squad. Maria surprises us (and herself) by popping in on the episode. Maria, Kelsey, and Keven break down some of the interactions and offer advice and guidance for anyone who doesn’t feel they’re enough or is trapped in a situation that is killing them.
