At some point, he became separated with his family and Vargas became homeless, surviving by performing petty crimes like stealing cattle and chickens. #2 Toy Box KillerDavid Parker Ray may sound like an “all American name” but Ray is more well known by another, much ore sinister nickname, “The Toy Box Killer.” It was March 19, 1999, when 22-year old Cynthia Vigil was approached by an undercover police officer and told she was being arrested for prostituting in a parking lot at Albuquerque, New Mexico.
