A 9/11 Tribute and Story of Great Sacrifice, Patriotism and Resilience with Jordan Stevenson

On September 10th, 2001, all of us who were alive at that time went to bed not realizing that the next day the whole world would change, but for some the world would change more than for others. The next day as planes began crashing into buildings our first responders began to run into burning collapsing buildings while others were running out them. In other places military men and women began to ready themselves to find and eliminate those who would seek to do us harm. As we approach the anniversary of that life altering day we are doing an episode to pay tribute to those who put their life on the line for us each day. Sitting in a high school class in Northern California on 9/11 was a star athlete named Jordan Stevenson. Jordan was one of those who in future days would choose to serve his country during a time when he knew he would go to war. While serving in Afghanistan he was shot in the head, was in a coma for months and then woke up to the right side of his body being paralyzed. His story of resilience, recovery, and the way he is using his platform to bring hope to his fellow service people and others going through a difficult time is incredible. Thank you, Jordan, and thank you so all of those who put their life on the line for us each day. We hope that you joy this interview with Jordan Stephenson.
