I've always said; if you want to learn about va((ines and how to make informed decisions about them as a mother - access the mother of a va((ine injured child. Because no one will have more information, more resources to provide you, more research to refer you to - and no one will understand the way the system works better than them. They've walked this path, into the fire and back - and I know you'll find this to be true too, after listening to this interview.

In this episode of The Midwitch Podcast, I speak with Aussie Mama Melanie, who shares the story of her 6 and a 1/2 year old, va((ine injured son, Chandler.

After Chandler received his 18 month va((inations, Melanie immediately knew something wasn't right with her son. She speaks of the way her intuition was ignored, the way in which Chandler was passed from Paediatrician to Paediatrician, from Child Health Nurse, to Speech Therapist, to Occupational Therapist.

She discusses the way the Public Health System took no accountability and gave her no answers; diagnosing Chandler with a vaccine induced brain injury, but then revoking the diagnosis and wiping all evidence from his file. Yet advising her to continue him on the schedule...

For the last 5 years; Melanie and her husband have spent all of their time, money and energy on healing their son from within, after the medical system failed to support them.

This is a very raw discussion, about the journey Chandler and his family have been on - which unfortunately is a very common one within Australia.

Melanie bravely and honestly shares the way Chandler has been let down by the system time and time again - whilst his Mother continues to seek the answers that everyone is trying to keep from her...
