Russia bombs a children's hospital in Kyiv & Putin's 'hybrid war' on Germany

Today, in the largest attack on the capital city for many months, Russia bombs a Children’s hospital in Kyiv. We discuss the horrific attack. Elsewhere we analyse Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban’s diplomatic efforts in Kyiv and Moscow and we examine Russia’s hybrid war in Germany.
