Lauren is a veterinarian. She was morbidly obese as a child, being put on her first diet at the age of ten. She went on to try countless diets, but nothing was sustainable.

In October of 2019, Lauren read The Obesity Code. The science made sense to her and she began her IF journey right away. Lauren then discovered Delay, Don’t Deny and joined the Facebook group.

Lauren went from 330 pounds to 170 pounds and feels her best. Food no longer controls her. Lauren will live the IF lifestyle forever.

Lauren’s advice: IF will get easier. Take measurements. Take ‘before’ pictures before beginning your IF journey.
