126. Growing women in supply chain leadership

Tun Kim is an established professional and proven leader in Procurement and Supply Chain Management for more than 25 years. She has proven herself to be the “go-to” professional for end-to-end Supply Chain skills having been put in charge of many significant transitions and transformations.

Outside of IBM, she volunteered as an Industry mentor and works with a diverse group of people, mainly young adults, working professionals who are in their career dilemma. She served as a mentor to provide insights into Supply Chain domain expertise and industry as well as to share career advice. As Tun Kim is highly regarded as an inspirational leader, she is sought after as a coach, a mentor, and a speaker in many different events to share experiences and to inspire others.

She is passionate about helping professionals especially women millennials, leaders, talents, and working mothers to develop skills, grow and advance their careers. In 2019, Tun Kim received the bronze award as the Mentor or Coach of the Year in the 16th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business presented in New York. She is a certified coach, mentor, and master practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
