After decades of success in the Financial industry, Colin's gut was telling him it was time for a change. Following his instincts, he stepped out of his comfort zone and moved his family to the Bay of Plenty to run a Kiwifruit orchard, and planted the seeds for a whole new world of success.

Colin is now Chief Executive of New Zealand Kiwifruit Growers Incorporated (NZKGI). Bond is a man on a mission - to advocate, protect and enhance the commercial and political interests of New Zealand kiwifruit growers, and with a wider goal to help the whole world eat a healthier, fruit-filled diet.

Managing 2,800 Kiwifruit growers, commercial interests, politicians and an industry stability strategy is no small task, but Colin knows the secret to tapping into hidden strengths.
