161. Fearlessly Failing: Seb Terry

Wowzers, what a cool human. I love it when I meet people and they just have zero filter, they're unapologetically themselves. Well that's Sebastian Terry's whole vibe. After losing a mate when he was 24 years old, Seb re-evaluated his life and values, he realised he was wildly unhappy and wrote down a list of things he wanted to do, 100 things. And he set out to achieve this list; he's got 24 more things to go; he's achieved 76 and some of them are insanely good; like kissing a celebrity (spoiler alert; he got to pash-off with Sharon Osbourne), being shot, jumping out of a plane nude, getting married to a stranger in Vegas. Over the years his values and goals have shifted more into helping other people achieve their own lists. In fact number 26 on his list was to "help a stranger." You'll hear a pretty amazing story about him helping a human named Mark with lymes disease complete a half marathon. Seb is vulnerable, honest, and dare I say it, very funny.
