183. Fearlessly Failing: Brian Patto

Brian Patto is an amazing film director. We met shooting a commercial campaign for ANZ a couple of years ago and he lit up the entire crew, he's a very cool human. Most recently Brian has written and directed a short film called Grace; which is about a father living in war-torn Iraq who's protecting his daughter from violent fanatics, using the innocent game of hide and seek. It's personal, heartbreaking and getting attention all over the world. We talk about the film, how it came to life, and how he's now working on turning it into a feature film. Brian has a passion for telling honest, authentic and personal stories, he loves filmmaking because it evokes emotion and thought. We also nerd out over our favourite films. Any creative will absolutely love this episode!
