How meat can heal autoimmune disease

The most exciting thing about the carnivore diet is that it can help with a variety of diseases, including autoimmune diseases and chronic illnesses. The meat contains nutrients that heal the body, support proper immune function, and promote good health. And lastly, the lack of processed foods means there are fewer chemicals interfering with how our bodies work—including artificial sweeteners that some believe contribute to fatigue.

So, if you're having any of these symptoms, maybe consider giving a carnivore diet a try! Carnivores are not just for people who want to lose weight or cure their candida infections. Carnivores are for everyone who wants to feel better and live longer. It might sound crazy at first, but I promise it's not as hard as it seems. Just start slow by eliminating grains from your diet and slowly adding meat until you find yourself getting all the nutrients necessary for optimal health!
