Fredrick and Miriam Dunkley
On the 23rd of January 1989, Frederick and Miriam Dunkley arrived back to their home in Clifford Road in Wembley, London. The couple were a hard working pair looking forward to their retirement. Just 40 minutes later, a fire was spotted in the garage of their home. Frederick and Miriam were found murdered in their home. Johanna Young
On the 23rd of December 1992, 14 year old Johanna Young headed out from her home in Watton in Norfolk. Watton is a quiet rural place with little happening particularly on this evening when it was foggy and -3. Her parents became concerned when she didn't return to do her paper round the next morning and immediately police were out searching for her. Les Bate
On April the 12th 2002, 71 year old Les Bate left his local pub The Maltsters Arms in Chapel Amble in North Cornwall. He went on his usual route to the farm where he lived close to the village. His family discovered his body 2 days later. Les had been murdered in his own home. Les' case is still unsolved. Tom Hewitt
On September the 7th 1974, 30 year old Tom Hewitt had been at his garage on Bright Street in Bury. At around 11:30am, a co-owner of the garage turned up and found Tom with severe head injuries. He later died from his injuries. Despite appeals, a reconstruction and a £10 000 reward, Tom's case is still unsolved and his family deserve answers. John Singh Landa
In the early hours of the 14th August 1982, Gurcharan Singh Landa or John Landa as he was commonly known was stabbed 87 times in the taxi that he drove in Nottingham. A huge investigation was launched with a witness even seeing the murder take place however since then his murder has remained unsolved. The Sudbury man
On the 27th of August 2020, suspicious bin bags were reported floating in the River Stour in Sudbury in Suffolk. The bin bags were found to contain human bones and this person was named the Sudbury Man. In the afternoon of the 29th June 1964, 15 year old Yvonne Laker was travelling on a train from Southampton back to her boarding school in Maidstone. After being waved off by her Grandad she set off. Part way through the journey, Yvonne's body was found in the toilet in the compartment. Her throat had been cut with a glass bottle.
