Chapter Description: The morning of the Summer Solstice, Feyre attends Ianthe’s ceremony dressed like a queen and usurps the priestess’s plans to adorn herself with light. The small miracle of Feyre’s solstice blessing from the sun spins the Spring Court into a fervor, and clues from Feyre bring Tamlin to her bedroom, only to find her entangled with Lucien. When Feyre and Lucien again accompany the Hybern Commanders to the wall, Tamlin concedes with idle threats. Their venture to the wall brings Dagdan and Brannagh in contact with Children of the Blessed, and despite Feyre’s warnings to not touch the humans, the outing ends with their deaths.
