Selflessly Selfish: Balancing Service with Self-Care

Many of my clients and Awakening Plus members express a sincere desire to help others or to serve the great global awakening. However, some have their hands full just dealing with their own healing and awakening!

In this eight-minute episode, learn how focusing on your own healing and awakening is an essential first step if you want to help others most effectively. Even if you've been serving others for years, there may still be times when you need to circle the wagons and focus mostly or entirely on your own internal work.
