"When we look at things that specifically are needed for autistic people- clear communication, transparent practices, flexibility- those things for some autistic people are absolutely necessary to be able to work. Those are also things that make everyone else much happier in the workplace. So, if you design for the margin, then really all people are going to benefit," says Ludmila Praslova.
