She moved to NYC, where Nancy discovered punk rock music. Her life was forever changed. Nancy struggled with heroin addiction. She went to London in 1977, where Nancy was introduced to Sex Pistols bass guitarist Sid Vicious. The pair would engage in a toxic, co-dependent relationship centering around drug addiction. In 1978, Nancy is found murdered in NYC's famed Chelsea Hotel. Did the rock star boyfriend kill Nancy? Or was there more to the story? The Cleveland Torso Murderer also known as the Mad Butcher of Kingsbury Run was a serial killer active in Cleveland, Ohio during the 1930s. 13 victims were dismembered by the butcher who disposed of the remains in the Kingsbury Run neighborhood. Most victims came from the area known for vagrants, shanty towns, and crime. Famed lawman Elliot Ness led the investigation.
