Ep#159 - When It's Not Okay To Be Vulnerable

It seems today that everybody raves about being vulnerable, and the truth is vulnerability is an essential skill that is needed to form deeply loving long-term relationships. It's important to note that vulnerability doesn't mean oversharing or revealing deeply personal information indiscriminately. It's about finding the right balance and context for sharing, considering the other person's feelings and the nature of the relationship. When used appropriately, vulnerability can lead to stronger connections, personal growth, and a greater sense of belonging. In today's episode, I explore some times and contexts you may wish to hold back.
