Dr. Jaime Gonzalez and Dr. Hoa Nguyen are sophisticated and accredited real estate investors with a passion for multifamily properties. Together, they have built an impressive portfolio of over 7300+ apartment units valued at over $580M. Their success in multifamily comes in addition to owning thriving, multimillion-dollar eye care practices. They are the ultimate power couple whose accolades could fill the screen - successful entrepreneurs, #1 Amazon Best-Selling authors, eye doctors, philanthropists, international speakers, real estate investors, and syndicators.

During this episode, the couple takes us along on their journey to become multifamily syndicators. From their meet-cute in Optometry school to eating ramen and working their butts off post-grad to acquiring their own practice - these two are no strangers to hard work. Business was booming, but they also felt a calling towards real estate. They just needed to figure out where to start. Eventually, a patient of theirs introduced them to the world of multifamily, and the rest is history.

During Coffee Time, it's clear that Dr. Jaime is not new to the world of coffee. He knows exactly how to describe his tasting experience. Unfortunately for Dani, who sourced this week's coffee, the reviews aren't great. The group totally roasts this brew!
