Relentless attacks on Mariupol

Survivors are emerging from the rubble of Mariupol’s theater, which was bombed by Russian planes last night despite clear signs that it was sheltering children. As many as 1,200 people are believed to have been inside. Correspondent Nick Paton Walsh has details of the relentless attacks on this besieged city.
