When we come from the place of lack within our own coaching, it's something for us to take a look at. A lot of times, when we're coming from this place of lack, what we feel like we need to do is mold the space instead of holding the space.”BAM fam, remember this… At the heart of holding space is being with a person and their emotional experience without trying to fix them or their problems because in reality, there’s nothing to fix.

The “solving” can be found in the shared connection of presence. Let the other person know you’re there for them fully and completely as you guide them back to their own unique gifts and answers within.
