Today we're talking to former high school football coach Joe Kennedy and his attorney from First Liberty Institute, Jeremy Dys. Coach Kennedy has been locked in an eight-year legal battle with his former employer, Bremerton School District, after the district took issue with Kennedy's tradition of saying a silent prayer after football games. Despite Kennedy trying his best to work with the school district officials and find a way to compromise, they were insistent that any prayer he does must be completely out of sight, and now the case will be heard before the Supreme Court.
