Coach Kennedy has been locked in an eight-year legal battle with his former employer, Bremerton School District, after the district took issue with Kennedy's tradition of saying a silent prayer after football games. Obviously, the case is ridiculous, as Kennedy has a First Amendment right to express his religious beliefs. Today we're talking with Texas state Representative Jeff Leach about the potential fate and innocence of Melissa Lucio, who is on death row after being convicted of killing her young daughter in 2007.
