Transitioning From High School to Adulthood

Transitioning From High School to Adulthood

In this episode we discuss the whirlwind process of navigating our sons and daughters through the transition from high school to adulthood. This time is often referred to as the “disability cliff” and for good reason. Join all seven of us moms as we recount our families’ experiences through this challenging time. We discuss what life looks like now for our young adults, the complexities of the journey, and the goals we are actively still pursuing. Come connect with us!
