Eoin Everard is an Irish athlete, physiotherapist and pilates instructor with a PHD in biomechanics. Eoin has a background as an international runner with sub 4 minute mile and sub 14 minute 5K PRs, and he’s been very successful as a master athlete thanks to his approach to training and his methodology that has allowed him to stay away from injuries and maximize his training benefits.
