Welcome to the Wild Ginger Running live broadcast everyone!

I’m thrilled to be here tonight asking your questions to Carla Molinaro, the fastest woman to run from Lands End to John’o’Groats. Fresh out of the first or was it the second lockdown in July 2020, she completed this 1327km run in 12 days and 30 minutes.

So we’ll be hearing all about the highs and lows of this incredible achievement, PLUS you can be coached by Carla! She runs SCY for runners, which is - strength, conditioning and yoga - an online community to help runners like us get faster, more efficient and run further without injury, so we’ll be getting some super good tips a little later into the show so stay tuned!
