Free and Frustrated

In todays episode I talk about the importance of becoming, as James Clear puts it, 1% better each day. This may sound like absolutely nothing but over time it has the potential of creating remarkable results in your life. In my own life, forming good habits have created so much freedom and also incredible frustration. If you commit to the “1% better every day” method it can begin to become frustrating. Why? Because we all want change to happen over night but that is not how it works. I hope this episode encourages you to commit to the process of one step at a time in your disciplined pursuit.
