So this meditation will give you the space to connect to your own candle within, and remind you how simple and powerful it is to reflect the light of others. This practice not only helps you shine brighter, but also brings more light to the world. So bring your attention inward, And let yourself settle. Find the comforting rhythm of your breathing, And let each breath get a little deeper, Flooding your body with oxygen, And relaxing yourself into comfort. PAUSE… Let those thoughts float by, Like clouds passing by in the sky. And keep coming back home. Deep into your soul, With every single breath. PAUSE… Away from those thoughts, Away from tasks. Away from any worries or anxieties or fears that might be lurking. PAUSE… Release them all, And come inside. LONG PAUSE… It’s here where your candle burns, Always lit, Always alive. Always shining. PAUSE… So breathe in and watch the light of your candle grow. Feel the heat, See the glow. And be here with its welcoming warmth. One with your power. One with your magic. One with you. LONG PAUSE… Now image yourself slowly looking up, And as you do, you notice another candle glowing in the distance. It has its own special color, Movement, And scent. PAUSE… You find yourself inspired, And deeply touched by this light. Connected, And moved to share. PAUSE… Into a mirror you transform, And the light of that candle is immediately reflected out into the world. Its special magic a greater part of the universal whole, Because of you. PAUSE… Feel your connection to it all, To this beautiful candle, To the world receiving its light through your reflection, To your own light shining even brighter, And to the collective light uplifting the world.
