Frode Odegard is a thought leader in disruptive innovation and organizational design. He led the Lean Systems Institute’s decade-long effort of reinventing Lean for modern knowledge work, resulting in the Lean Systems Framework™. The methodology has been used in larger organizations such as Lockheed, Honeywell and Schibsted as well as in smaller firms across many industries.

Frode is also the father of Post-Lean, which is Lean reinvented for the post-industrial transition we are in. In this interview he discusses how business, innovation and jobs are changing rapidly as a result of exponential technologies.
