Ultimate Avengers: The Movie! A Deep-Dive Into The Dark And Edgy Avengers Story That Inspired The MCU! Part Two

This was the original Avengers movie! Before the MCU, Marvel created amazing animated movies that adapted some of their greatest comic books! These Direct To DVD films were intended for a more mature audience than Saturday morning cartoons, and gave fans a full movie experience before the MCU even existed!

This movie adapts THE ULTIMATES, a comic book series that rebooted the Avengers, presenting dark and edgy versions of Iron Man, Captain America, Thor , Nick Fury and the Hulk! The Ultimates changed the comic book industry forever, and laid the exact blueprint for the MCU!

Join Rob and Will as we go behind the scenes on the making of Marvel movies before the MCU, and behind the page on the history of the Ultimate Marvel Universe! Learn all about the comic book series that saved the comic book industry in 2001! Plus, we deep-dive the movie to bring you tons of history and trivia about Tony Stark and The Avengers!
