Meet Coryn.

Coryn was feeling like many of us do on our fertility journey - anxious, alone, and questioning every decision. It is both easy and totally normal to focus on the questions and the negatives, but with a little guidance you can learn how to focus on things that will actually help your fertility dramatically improve. And these things are not necessarily what you might think! After working with the FU Project team Coryn is now a shining example of one of the messages I am always driving home:

Do things for YOU and watch everything fall into place.

After learning some of the tools and techniques we offer in our program Coryn is finding success, happiness, and wellness in her life and her fertility journey.
