I let you know that I keep a goal one-sheet on my desk at all times. This sheet has all my things that I want to achieve right now, and 20 years from now. This helps me keep focus when I have multiple goals. I wanted to remind everyone to focus on something they could GIVE to friends, customers, employees, the world… and it does not have to be money.
