Ep93- Let's Discuss POP-UP Restaurants, New Ideas, 4 Things to Try to Start Expanding Your Brand

In Episode 93 of Idea Diary - Today, I talk about the new trend of restaurant commercial spaces rebranding as a pop-up restaurant, or sharing rent by letting a new restaurant use their space as a new revenue stream to help pay rent when business is down. I love it. Here are 4 new ideas to start expanding, innovating and possibly re-branding your business for more business to make even more money after the shut downs and changes that have happened.

  1. Keep up the old products and services you are known for, but also have NEW IDEA meetings to add something new.
  2. Create a pre-order product that you can test interest. Sell a small amount of something, let a few people order now to be delivered at a later date.
  3. Make a list of 50 problems you could solve for your current customers or new customers!
  4. Combo with other Brands to create a new product, share a space, or add a new service. Combine forces!
