Today we look at how smart technology is being leveraged across the property industry to both protect and enhance the physical health and mental wellbeing of occupants around the world.

Physical & Mental Health Protection - We discuss how smart technology can be utilised within building access control strategies by offering self-guided tours for property inspections; whereby prospective tenants or purchasers can access, inspect and exit a building just by using their smart phone. This ensures property providers can continue to provide sales or rental viewings through buildings and inside apartments without interacting with any other human beings during the pandemic.

Physical & Mental Health Enhancement - We discuss how smart technology is being utilised in apartment design to provide end user with increased control over their space with thermal, lighting, air quality and leak detection controls; giving end users an increased sense of control over their space.
