The Power of Decision

I was at a dinner and I met one of the top performers in our company, and I was amazed by her story. How did she turn things around for herself and go from 2 deals a year, to being top in her office? If things aren’t going well for you, don’t blame anyone else, take responsibility. Trust in the 90-day cycle, if you’re doing all the work you need to do, you will succeed. Work with the intention to help people, not to get a commission check.
