Episode 79: Generational Curses Pt 1: Money

We wanted to start this year off with the series "Generational Curses". This is the first installment titled "Money". The whole point of this series is to bring attention to some negative things that have been passed down from generation to generation. In this episode we cover the way we make our money, the way we spend our money and how we deal with new things that relate our money. There are a lot of new ways to build wealth and we can’t be afraid to at least explore them. Many of us were raised in environments where it was ok to do something considered wrong to earn money. Even if we do become desensitized to that way of life we don’t want to let ourselves get stuck thinking that is the only way to make money.

We also want to be careful of being too giving. We don’t want to let someone take advantage of us to the point where we end up falling off. The best thing you can do for someone you care about is try to give them the knowledge that will help them reach your level. Teach them how to fish so they can feed themselves instead of just feeding them.

We touched on being too money hungry because we don’t want to be so focused on making money that we neglect other things in our lives that are also equally if not more important. Tune in ..tell a Playa friend.
