In her consulting practice Kari guides business owners in determining the most profitable set up of staffing and resources, including securing bank financing, funding applications, and strategic growth initiatives. Currently Kari is working as a financial coach and mentor, and part time CFO where she manages cash flow forecasting, financial statement analysis, and KPI dashboards to help clients achieve their strategic goals. Kari has worked with many of Atlantic Canada’s top companies including J.D. Irving - RST Sunbury, Source Atlantic, Actemium Canada, and Mrs. Dunster’s. Her experience includes financial analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP implementation. Kari is a valuable business partner because she understands that a business is the sum of its finances, operations, marketing, sales, and HR. The financial statements will tell about past performance but it is the plan for future performance that will plot the trajectory of any company.
