Sleep 2016 Update

In this update from Sleep 2016, we discuss the latest research in hypersomnia, insomnia, circadian rhythms and sleep technologies. The Sleep meeting is the main conference for sleep and sleep disorders, where specialists from around the world meet and discuss the latest research and trends in sleep. This year the meeting was held in Denver, Colorado.

Joining regular hosts, Dr Moira Junge (Health Psychologist) and Dr David Cunnington (Sleep Physician) this month is guest co-host Dr Simon Frenkel (Sleep Physician).
