A search of Leannah's home uncovered a bloody serrated steak knife underneath a bed, as well as a pool of blood on the floor in the little girl’s bedroom. After being admitted to Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, on July 8th, 2021, Jasmine mysteriously died in her hospital bed a few days later.
