Michael has an incredibly inspiring, powerful and motivating journey which he uses as a driving force in everything he does including his businesses. KEY TAKEAWAYS A serial entrepreneur, Michael’s career background was originally in marketing and graphics, he had a passion for many different elements of this and did an electronic and multimedia programme and was later headhunted by Sky and the BBC. He left the BBC in his mid-20s and this is when he started his first business. Michael has written a screenplay, been on stages himself as a speaker, ran events, is an affiliate marketer and has achieved great success in many different areas. Despite this, he still says his biggest win is seeing his son survive everything he has been through so far. In 2002 Michael and his wife gave birth to a healthy baby boy. As far as they knew and could see he was perfectly healthy. Tragically due to mistakes by health care providers his son was left severely disabled from cerebral palsy. He and his wife ended up suffering from depression and PTSD due to what they went through. It was a huge shock. Michael has turned this incredibly difficult set of circumstances and adversity into a driving force behind everything he does. Seeing his son so unwell and being unable to do anything about it has meant he seizes any opportunity and situation where he can have influence and impact. He creatively uses his knowledge, strength and entrepreneurship to empower and positively create things.
