Day 262: Haggai 1-2

Today on Meditating the Word: A call to build the House of the Lord, the promised Glory of the new House, blessings for a defiled people and Zerubbabel the Lord's signet ring.

This is Day 262. Today we are reading the Book of Haggai

Father God, only You can make things holy. You take the unclean, the unrighteous, the weak, and the simple, and You wash us white as snow, You clothe us with Your robe of righteousness, You make us strong, and You give us wisdom. Thank You for Your unmerited favor and blessings, Father. There is nothing we can do to earn them. We can only receive them as a free gift through Jesus Christ. And what a gift. We receive it with joy and gladness, and we praise You. Amen
