How to Help Students with Back Pain

According to the CDC, lower back pain causes more global disability than any other condition. In one study, 25% of U.S. adults reported back pain in the previous 3 months. Given these harrowing stats, yoga teachers are bound to have students with back pain come to class seeking relief. On this episode, Jason succinctly shares the two most important principles for yoga teachers to know when trying to help students both stave off back pain and work with it while practicing.
