Qualifying for 2021 Olympic Surfing | Living with IBD | Mo @Mo_rhama| CrohnsCast

I was always active before IBD I was so close to my 2021 olympic dream, I played football and 7s Rugby for the UAE but my passion was always surfing, the water makes me feel free. Free from disease, free from worry... I wasn't going to let IBD or my Ostomy stop me going to the 2021 Olympics

This is a superhero of a IBD advocate and her journey is nothing short of show stopping. So many shares here will help you to overcome the hurdles in your life.

Getting diagnosed with IBD can be a relief in many cases and in some still be a huge shock. Living with IBD can require massive lifestyle adjustment.

Though there are actually many things we have in common whilst living our lives with IBD, there are still so many lessons we can learn from each other’s journey's be that living with Crohn's, Colitis or with an ostomy.

Our lives with IBD are stories of heroism and great magnitudes of self-reflection and realisations. In these episodes we are talking about our stories living with IBD and our struggles strife’s and blessings throughout this journey of living with IBD

I’m a 30 something yr old dad, who happens to be a fitness professional with Crohn’s disease, with a little help from my friends at Crohn’s and Colitis UK I want to help put people’s minds at ease when thinking about exercising with Crohn’s disease!
