Several times a year, Rick Horton is asked to speak to local university students. The first time he spoke, he didn't quite know what to speak about. As he was asked back and became more comfortable, Rick learned that it was his story that inspired the students. He has been an entrepreneur his entire life and sharing this journey is important for Rick, and also valuable to future leaders. Join us for a conversation where Rick shares his story and discusses what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

Rick Horton is the founder and owner of The Outlaw Brewing Company. After spending most of his adult life in sales and marketing, he took on the adventure of building a brewery. He has been an entrepreneur since he was young and it all began with a paper route. He started with a 1 barrel system in his backyard and now manages a 10bbl brew house, AirBNBs on-site, a food truck, and a mobile canning business.
